Caroline + Hunter's Southern Chinoiserie Celebration

SOUTHERN CHARM

Growing up in the South, Caroline always admired her grandmother's chinoiserie ginger jars adorning her home. Once she and Hunter started planning their wedding, she knew those ginger jars would be the perfect inspiration for a classic and timeless, Southern wedding.

Since Hunter is an Officer in the United States Air Force, she knew choosing her dusty blue and white color scheme would compliment his dress blues well, too!

Caroline and Hunter opted to use a Signature 3-Letter Monogram from Shuler Studio in several places throughout their wedding day, starting with their invitation suite.

"I am a true southern girl and love a monogram! When I began designing our wedding I knew I wanted a monogram and I wanted to put it on everything and everywhere. My vision was for something classic and simple that we could use for the wedding, but also use on things for our home."

Their 3-Letter Monogram featured Caroline's first initial, Hunter's first initial, and a "W" in the middle, signifying their shared last name.

The embroidered wreath sash greeted Caroline and her bridal party as they got their hair and makeup done in preparation for the wedding ceremony. We love how the light blue thread color compliments the blue hydrangeas

Guests entered the reception and were treated to more creative ways that the couple incorporated their 3-letter monogram. Caroline and Hunter had a bottle of champagne with a painted monogram on their cake table - a precious keepsake for years to come.

Drink stations featured monogrammed dusty blue cocktail napkins and koozies with their Shuler Monogram as well.

The Werts' wedding favors were packages of tea cakes and cheese straws - Southern essentials - with monogrammed stickers, thanking the guests for spending their special day with them.

Under a tunnel of silver streamers and treasured guests, the Werts set off on their next adventure as husband and wife. We loved seeing how this sweet couple incorporated their monogram into their wedding day, and wish them nothing but a lifetime of happiness.
