What is the turnaround time?

It typically takes 3-4 business days to receive the design.

Do I receive any revisions with a custom monogram?

Yes! Once you confirm the letters that you like, we provide one monogram sample. Two revisions to this sample are allowed. Our Exclusive Package allows for two monogram samples and four revisions.

What is considered a revision? "Make the last initial larger"... "Move one letter more in front"... "Bring the letters closer together"

*What is NOT considered a revision?  "Create a new sample using different letter styles"... "Change the order of the letters"... "Change the design of a letter"    *Please note these types of revisions ARE included in the Exclusive Package.

What file types are included with a custom monogram?

Accordion toggle

Every custom order includes a JPG, a transparent PNG, and a vector PDF. These files can be used on anything (printing, engraving, wood cutting, etc.) but they cannot be used for embroidery.

Embroidery files are included in the Exclusive Package only. However, embroidery files can be purchased separately for an additional charge.

Can I re-size and re-color my monogram?

The files you receive are high-quality digital files. You or your vendor can re-size and/or re-color the monogram with editing software without compromising the quality of the monogram.

Are these monograms available in embroidery format?

Embroidery files are included in the Exclusive Package only. However, embroidery files can be purchased separately for an additional charge.
